Your Coach
Dr. Elizabeth Stroot is the CEO and founder of Core Wellness Leadership, and Core Wellness & Physical Therapy. Both companies focus on “optimizing your health from the core”. This means that in order to make productive changes, we must identify the core issues, then solutions to develop the best course of action. Core Wellness Leadership, implements the same solutions based approach to coaching and strategy, one leader at a time.
Just as our bodies respond to treatment in a way that is unique to ourselves, your professional development thrives when your unique qualities are the foundation from which we build. Core Wellness Leadership focuses on co-creating, and customizing your strategies to ensure that your solutions are clear, achievable, and authentically you.
Elizabeth combines her 20 years of entrepreneurial experience with advanced education through the Wharton School of Business, is a Neurolinguistic Programing Practitioner, and is trained by The Co-Active Training Institute, the leader in international coaching. Dr. Stroot works with CEOs, small business owners, and has clients in Europe and the UK. She served on the Board for PK Move, a non-profit committed to making parkour and natural movement programs accessible to people of all ages and abilities across the United States. Dr. Stroot currently serves on the Clinical Advisory Network for Lansinoh, an international company with over 35 years of passion driven solutions for new mothers.
Elizabeth lives in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband and their two daughters. They travel regularly to visit family across the U.S. and are eager to get back to international travel in the years to come. On weekends you’ll likely find the family at an art museum, or on the hunt for an adventure in our region. She loves the professional dynamics of being a business owner, clinician, and executive coach.
